Our Staff

The Tea Hill has a diverse group of staff from their wide range of ages, ethnicities, languages and gender. Our staff strives to deliver the best customer service possible and finds solutions to customers' problems so they can leave the store satisfied with their orders. Every staff member is honest to tell you their "go-to drinks" and the quality of our products. Although we follow traditional Taiwanese tea recipes, the creativity our staff has allowed us to make new drink recipes or projects with their suggestions like our store mural that some staff painted themselves.
